Milepost 60 ~ Tunstall

Link to picture of milepost This is a replacement milepost and the plate states that it was the last one to be replaced in the Trent and Mersey Canal Society's campaign to replace the missing mileposts.
Link to ... The milepost stands alongside a newly built and rather overbearing road bridge. A few hundred yards further on, the canal dissappears into the Harecastle Tunnel.
