This is another original milepost and is situated to the south-east of Sandon Lock.
Travelling a little further south-east, Sandon Hall becomes visible amongst the
trees on the hill on the far side of the canal.
Alongside nearby Sandon Lock stands the remains of an old, stone-built lime kiln.
