Milepost 41 ~ Weston

Link to picture of milepost This is a replacement milepost situated on the outskirts of the village of Weston upon Trent.
Link to view to Weston A little further south-east are the remains of an arm that used to serve the adjacent salt and alabaster works.
Link to view to Weston Now filled in, it used to extend almost to the former Stafford to Uttoxeter railway line, which has also now been dismantled.
