Milepost 5 ~ Massey's Bridge

Link to picture of milepost This is another relatively isolated milepost. This milepost marks a return to the more ornate mark for the initials R&D.
Link to view of the bridge It stands near to a bridge that I have always called the White Bridge but whose correct name is Massey's Bridge (number 12). A short distance towards Swarkestone is Cuttle Wharf.
Link to view of the bridge From the bridge, it is possible to see Breedon Church (although that's not the case on the photograph below).
